Shipping policy

Order Processing Times:

Please allow for 1-3 business days for your order to be shipped from our warehouse. Orders are processed at our warehouse Monday thru Friday. Our warehouse is closed on New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas day. 

All orders under 1 pound will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Orders between 1 and 5 pounds are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over 5 pounds are shipped via FedEx Ground.

Potential Shipping Delays:

Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. Please allow for additional time to receive your order during the holiday seasons. If you suspect your order has been lost in transit, please email customercare@sotaclothing.com for assistance.

Order pick-up hours

Monday: 11am - 7pm

Tuesday: 11am - 7pm

Wednesday: 11am - 7pm

Thursday: 11am - 7pm

Friday: 11am - 7pm

Saturday: 10am - 5pm

Sunday: 12pm - 5pm

Call the retail store at (952) 446-7836 ext. 2 when you arrive. Tell the retail associate your name, order #, and car color. A retail associate will bring your order out to your car.
